General Fishing Tips

Get The Kinks Out
If you have kinks in your line here are a few tips to help get you straight again:
If you are in a boat remove all tackle from your line and start the boat going forward at a slow idle. Let out about 50 feet more that your furthest cast and drag it behind the boat for about 1 to 2 minutes.

If your are at home you can soak your line spool in some very warm water for a few minutes and that works well also.

Freshwater Fishing Tips

Fishing A Senko Worm
When fishing a senko in the "wacky worm style" you are hooking the worm directly in the middle of the body of the worm causing a lot of stress at a single point on the worm. If you know someone in the medical field see if they can get you a roll of "IV tape". This tape is used for keeping the IV needle in place and is nylon reinforced and makes an excellent rip stop on the worm. Rip the tape down the middle to make it about 1/2 inch wide then wrap it almost 2 times around the middle of the worm. Insert hook through the end of tape and out through the other side, this will keep the end in place. You can also color the tape with a red sharpie pen for a new look.
